I recently had an interaction with Dimakatso Mbambo from Cartrack and I was truly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received.

I accidentally triggered a notification while operating my vehicle with Carwatch enabled. Dimakatso immediately called to check on my safety. Despite an interruption from a marketing call, she reinitiated contact and ensured my well-being.
