A disgraceful conduct from a disgraceful company

Please take note that I had an account with cartrack to which an agreement was made to pay off monthly. I have kept to my payments and have not missed any installments from the time this agreement was accepted. Cartrack are sending me letters that they believe will be seen as a threat as they now seek to list me as in Default with the credit bureaus. I have a recording of the agreement and if I'm listed, I will have to go legal to sort this matter. This letter has been forwarded to the Credit ombudsman as well. I also know that in view of this threat all costs of this matter going legal will be borne by Cartrack has they would have defamed and subsequently discredited me.
