A bad risky unreliable tracking company

A bad risky unreliable tracking company. I have 5 tracking devices with Cartrack. About a month ago I wanted to check position of one of my trailer. They told me it has been off for the last 3 months. They sent me to the scheduling department. And I was told a technician will contact me. After about 2 weeks scheduling called me again to send a technician. Nothing happened still. Yesterday I received a message that a technician called Omphile Popane is coming at 17h40. No one turned up. This morning again someone calls to schedule appointment for fitment 😡. I tired with this disorderly tracking company and want nothing to do with them again
