Cartrack is the worst really, they called me and told me i owe R2700. Ive made arrangements to pay it off weekly (R200 per week) i just want to say that ive canceled last year January, and again in June 2022!! Because i dont have that car anymore. NOW THEY SENT ME A STATEMENT THAT I OWE R7000!!!! im sorry i wont pay that, then ill just cancel the debit order.... see email bellow We have received your request to cancel your contract with us. Please advise on our reasons for cancelling.

Please be advised that your contract is a 36 month contract due to mature on 2022-12-05, if you cancel right now, you will be liable for an early cancellation payment of R2648,69, we do have other alternatives such as;

• A change of ownership if the new owner is interested in taking over the contract, there is a once-off payment of R350 for this,

• The other option is a De and Re installation. If you have another vehicle, we can remove the tracking unit in your current vehicle and install it in your new vehicle, this is done at a fee of R870, we just need the whereabouts of both vehicles and contact people that will assist with accessing both vehicles.

Please find attached above options. Once you have made a decision, please send us back the relevant documentation for processing.

Pardon the delayed response,

if you can manage to get a hold the dealership and advise them that you might be interested in a Change of Ownership or De/Re-installation and that we need to get a hold of the new owner for the procedure. You may utilise the attached for that.

But if you still want to cancel then we shall proceed as per your request.
