I bought a car beginning of September at Chery Rustenburg.the car did not have a tracking unit on it . I had to go look for someone to come install a tracker on it that’s when I found Cartrack ***) I told this person that I want the R99 package and they refused saying it’s no longer available. I opted for what they offered which was R169 . I than googled and discovered that the 99 package is available and when I went back to the person to say why did you deceive me they told me stories saying I joined through a dealer which dealer when I am the one who approached them .Now all of a sudden the R99 package is available and in order for me to downgrade to it I have to pay R350 how when it’s not even my fault worse they don’t want to remove their devices on my car they want R3000 in order for them to remove them . So in other words Cartrack is only after peoples money and not service their attitude is on another level all they do is drag their feet but so quick to request payment The so called agreement says 169 but they are are debiting 189 I have proof to all that is was communicated
