Make you aware, they are your T&C's dated Aug 2024, not something that just happened, yet your agent and systems do not notify a prospective client that their vehicle is not eligible for your service when the details are give to the agent to enter on the system?
Just want others to be aware and not waste their time.

Make you aware, they are your T&C's dated Aug 2024, not something that just happened, yet your agent and systems do not notify a prospective client that their vehicle is not eligible for your service when the details are give to the agent to enter on the system?

We note your concerns, however, the vehicles of 7 seaters are covered and the recovery team is dispatched for assistance. The only factor not included in the packages for these vehicles is the recovery warranty as per the terms and conditions.

Yet your agent was going to sign me up for the Quick Management Plus which includes the recovery warranty, yet the exclusion of 7 seaters is not clearly reflected on the brochure or the website. Why do you not offer a special package for these vehicles which excludes the recovery warranty but still includes all the bells and whistles of the premium packages. Perhaps some one from management should call me and convince me to stay with you?
