I had 3 trackers with cartrack and the vehicle was ******. They failed to recover the vehicle and told me that I do not qualify as of a certain clause. I wanted my recordings and they are failing to give me them. they are taking me from pillar to post. Is it not their duty to alert the client about their terms and conditions?
