6 Weeks to Install a Tracker

I have been waiting 6 weeks to have my tracker fitted. They made an appointment yesterday and then didn't pitch up. I received a call to say "Ah, ya, maybe we can fit you in tomorrow"

We have a fleet of vehicles with CarTrack and this is how they treat their customers. Based on the number of 1 star reviews here, it would appear that they're not too concerned about customer service.

If you're looking to install a new tracker avoid this company. They will lock you in to a long term contract and not give you the service that should accompany the payments.

Very disappointing.
