5-7 working days turn around time
Once you finally get hold of the call centre, you are informed that the car you sold cannot have the tracker removed before 5-7 working days (now your purchase of the other car is hanging and waiting...) THIS HAS NEVER BEEN COMMUNICATED BEFORE and they lovingly phone you also, when you are already a client to sign you up - erm NOPE
