After a mishap we had when the annual increase was done, made arrangements with them to cover the one month in August, on the last working day as I won't be having sufficient funds in July. To my surprise they attempted in July on a date we never agreed on and they double deducted. This explains why the are so many cartrack accounts being handed over! You get a person willing to own up but they mess up and never get back to you even after, you are the one who constantly needs to make communication and get rude consultants. I'm done chasing after cartrack now!
