3 months promotion promised not kept- bad service

Extremely disappointed with Cartrack- terrible customer service- I signed up with Cartrack in December 2021 and the salesman promised me a 3 months promotion where I was not supposed to pay the premiums for 3 months- to my surprise my bank account was debited onthe 20th of December- after several attempts to get assistance I managed to get hold of Thembi who promised to get the relevant people to call me back - no surprises there - its been 3 weeks and no one has called me, no response to query left o their website. I am speechless and horrified with the manner in which the company treats its customers
