2nd complaint pathetic cartrack. Only on this site they respond.

Hello I complained about the cartrack device previously. Ovet weekends when I need it. It stoll does not work. Yesterday The car drove 35 km but it did noy move according to the cartrack. Now it shows the car is where it was yesterday. It is no use phoning in or reporting on their app. My previous complaint was sorted out but only fot 2 days, Cartrac: Please come and remove your device and cancel my payment asap.

Bad to worse. You fixed the cartrack device today, now its still not working. It shows the car is idling since you FIXED it.
Please take the worthless device and cancel my contract.
