25 days for a refund…seriously?
Last month I did a EFT payment.Then they also deducted from my account. AFTER I already sent through POP. Phoned Cartrack so that they can refund funds deducted. Ticket was lodged for refund…fast forward to today, no refund. Phoned Cartrack…shows on their side pending. Seriously Cartrack, does it take you 25 days to do a refund? Another deduction is scheduled for today…Can you please refund my money?
