I recently bought a vehicle which had previously installed tracking device which I did not ask for, after buying a vehicle I installed my own tracking device from a tracking company which I have been using on my previous vehicle, now Cartrack want to charge me for services I did not ask for and not using. they keep harrasing me with calls from account department everyday, yet I told them to come and remove their device from my vehicle they never did. I did not enter into any kind of contract with Cartrack yet they negetively affect my credit score.
