2 weeks still no reply.
I've sent you an email well over a week ago to cancel my car track account. That was approximately 16 August. It is the 29th ..... How slow are the people getting to the emails .I don't think it takes 2 weeks to open and email and send a cancelation form. I'm asking for a form not a thesis for a masters. I find it seriously poor that I have received no feedback in 13 days. Now I need to keep paying for something I've been trying to a long time. When will I get my forms.

Could you hurry I don't live in the country and it's wasting my money as my car is standing in South Africa. Please could you do this with some urgency.
