2 Weeks of NOTHING

A 2nd unit , and it doesn’t work, 2 weeks of complaints, today the technician was to be scheduled to check the unit at my VW dealership- because Cartrack also erased my maps on my new VW, my car has been at VW since 8am - and we can’t get a hold of CARTRACK- i can’t explain in words how disappointed and frustrated i am.
