2 months without a tracking device on my car

I'm very disappointed with car track, I traded in my vehicle on the 25th of July 2025, and I called them for a De-install and Re-install on my new car, my tracking unit was only installed today 30/09/2029. every time I called them, I was told they would investigate the matter, last week Friday on the 26th the lady I was speaking to hung up the phone while I was still talking to her because I asked why am I paying for a unit I'm not using, I payed for the De-install and they deducted their monthly amount in the past 2 months. 2 months without a tracking device on my car
