2 months on and the system still doesn't work

I installed 2 sets of multicamera tracking units in fleet vehicles, I was shown how well these work and how I will be able to manage my fleet better. 2 months later and having paid for the service, I still have not seen 1 image from this "system". I now get sent from one department to another, This one doesn't know what that one said. The technicians have been out multiple times to "repair" the system! Be very careful,
