My car was written off on Dec 2022 ,I called car track to inform them,they did not advice me that they wud need their device back so that I can only pay diregistration...a month later I called them i asked them why are they still deducting when I had informed them that my car is written off...only then i was told about the cancelation and registration fee...which when I calculated it amounts to the remaining 12 months that was left before my contract expires....ok so I paid for the whole 12 months mindue my car was written off 2022 so the whole 2023 I paid car track....January 2024 my contract is suppose to end ...today I called them I asked for them to send me statements expecting to see zero balance as I assume my contract ended and I was told it's now on a prepaid so basically they will deduct again for the month of February as they state that I should cancel the contract 20 days prior....I'm so shocked at that because 1stly I informed them that my car was written off so basically the is no vehicle secondly my contract has ended why did they put me on prepaid without even contacting me to inform me or update me that since I've reached the end of your contract term this is what will happen they told me to refer to terms and conditions

I'm so disappointed and feel ********** car track is is a **** they rip people off il never ever recommend it to anyone
