100 percent bad service

<p>On Saturday the 18th March 2017 late around 4am some guys placed rocks at the street i ran into it then they came and pretended to help me then pulled a gun on me i am driving a polo the guys took my wallet with R950.00 driver's lisence and my fone and some staff at my boot , then stiped my car emblem , tried taking out the car radio unfotunatly they coudnt win , they took off my car batter terminals wanted to see if i have a trakor of which yes i do then they left i ddnt know what to do , to run away and seek help or do what i just ran out of ideas as i was very far from home , Car track asistance did not respond they guys came back and took my car battery they could not take my car as they drive shaft was out , i am totaly unhappy with Trackor i feel like my car is not safe it can be taken even if i have trackor obvious they tried calling me when the terminal is off and they called next of kin of which they were told i am not there why didnt they respond is that what i am paying them for and then the next day they call when i got the new battry i am asking them a simple question why didnt they respond rude lady who was asisiting me tells me they called my wife but wife told them i am not around why didnt they come to my rescue she says i was suppose to call them , how can i call them when my fone is taken and have people pointing a gun at me nxaaa :-( i dont see a reason of having this *** trackor nxaaa </p>
