10% increase on fixed contract

I purchased a device on a 36 month contract for R220 Dec 2023. Dec 2024 Cartrack increased the payment to R242, a 10% increase was never mentioned. It's supposed to be a fixed R220 for 36 months. With much effort I requested a copy of my agreement on 27 January 2025. As of today I have not received the agreement. It would appear as if Cartrack's main focus is only on fleets, and people like me with but one vehicle is a nuisance to them. I would love if someone could contact me so I can downscale my devive to a R99 a month subscription so I can have another device fitted with a tracking company that will hopefully appreciate my pennies.
