Cartrack is a ****. I had an outstanding balance which was paid fully in 2022. I’ve since never heard anything from cartrack.3 years later,cartrack sent me an sms telling me about an outstanding balance. When I sent an email enquiring ,I was informed that my account was already blacklisted after I made full payment and that I needed to pay an additional amount of R1800 for my name to be removed from the black listing. I’m only told this after 3 years of paying my account in full. Where have they been all these years? I highly wouldn’t recommend anyone to go for cartrack,you’ll regret the day you decided to join them.The accounts department is a day light *******
