0 follow on incidents

Tracker is useless and all they know is debit money from you but their service is pathetic. I joined them in 2017 till this day I do not know where they installed a panic button. On the 9th of February 2019 I got a missed call from them and that was followed by an sms. The sms was saying they tried to call me but they couldn't reach me and I should call them if I have an emergency. I am stunt at this because till this day they didn't do a follow up or call my next of kin to check if I was not dead. If one is kidnapped how can they call and ask for help or you as a provider not do anything. So had I been in real danger my family would've found my dead body and they couldn't do anything to prevent that.
