**** SERVICE

I bought salt & vinegar puffs from Cartoon Candy at a store more than 4 weeks ago and reported it to Cartoon Candy the following day for being OLD and DIS-TASTEFULL. I spoke to Tamara, and was informed a rep would call me. A week went by and nothing was done, I phoned AGAIN, I was promised that she will phone me back, but to no avail. <br> <br> After phoning about everyday and complaining nothing has been done to date. After losing my temper yesterday, (12/08/2015) I decided to speak to someone a bit higher up. I was informed that Clive is the person to speak to. I have left 7 messages for him to phone me back, but to no avail, It's midday (13/08/2015) and STILL no phone call from Clive. I have phoned over 15 times up to now, with no joy. <br> <br> Enough is enough, I think it's time that the rest of the world now about the **** service from this company, and the bad attitude they take towards complaints and customers!!!!!!
