Customer care service sucks

I buy there products every month. So I know what it should look and taste like. Last month I bought a bag of Snack wells puffed corn. When we opened a packed the color and smell was different and it tasted like it is burned. So I called the customer care line on *** ans spoke to Debbie's she promised to send the sales rep to come and see. But in till now no one came. Today only I cald more than 3 times leaving her messages as she is never available nor do she call me back. So going forward I will not buy there products any more. And I will advise everyone not to buy it as well.
