The Cartique **********?

<p>We bought a Mazda Drifter on 31 August cash.. after the cash paid they informed us that they do not hold the papers at the premises and it will be delivered in a few days.. after numerous calls to Lisa false apologies and further promises,I told her the vechile was in a bumper bashing and they now liable as we could not get it insured without the car papers.. she then again apologized and told me the papers will be delivered the next day.. that was yesterday 18 Oct 2016.. she then phoned me and told me that she need a copy of my ID and proof of residence.. but this was never asked before and they did take a copy of my Id when we signed the sale agreement? I told her I am busy with a matter at court and will send it when I am back in the office she then phoned my husband screaming that she is waiting for my documents... as if I am the one holding this up? I wonder if this was one of the " park to sell" cars and they do not have the papers? should I go to SAP? Lisa also "forgot" to give us the socket for the security anti-theft nuts on tge wheels.. we are not able to put new tyres on the car???</p>
