CARTIQUE - LYING, CHEATING INDIVIDUALS

I advertised my BMW 125i on Gumtree in June 2015, as I was leaving the country.<br> Lisa from the Cartique responded, telling me about a 'Park and Sell' service that they offer, which involved them advertising and selling the car. They assured me that they had a buyer already. I proceeded to take my car in to the dealership on 4 June 2015. <br> The Cartique offered me R 10k less than my asking price as I didnt have a spare key, despite me not having received a spare key from BMW when I purchased my car.<br> On 11 June 2015, the Cartique settled my financing bank, and received the ownership papers.<br> The contract stated that 50% would be paid to me within 15 days, and the remaining 50% - 15 days later. This didnt happen. By this time, I was already out of the country. All communication to the dealership was ignored.<br> I took someone's advice and contacted the Cartique's financing house. The manager in charge finally assisted and I was settled on 21 September, 4 months after dropping my car off at the Cartique.<br> The Cartique are a lot of dishonest, lying, cheating individuals. I would never deal with them again, and I'd advise anyone planning on dealing with them to seriously reconsider.
