Worse service for a new car buyer

I am so disgusted and disappointed at the service I've been receiving from your branch. i app**** for a vehicle in the beginning of November and was approved for a Kwid dynamique and was supposed to come collect it in a few days ,when the day arrived for me to collect , the sales consultant tells me that the vehicle is still in kzn and your branch will only get it in about 2 day *really* so he couldn't call me before to advise me on that? I had to call him only to find out the car is not even at your branch* horrible service I tell you * I told the guy that its fine i will wait for when the car to get to their branch. After about a week i was told that i cant get the Kwid Dynamique because the sales rep made a mistake when doing my application. The car that I'm supposed to get is a kwid expression an di was really not happy about this but I said its fine since I'm a first time car buyer and I really wanted to have a car . This whole process went on until the end of November while I'm busy waiting for a car that is not coming until i told the sales rep to cancel the whole application and he asked his manager to deal with me since he couldn't assist me . the manager tried to explain and told me that they will give me a courtesy car while i wait for the car i had applicated for since the is a problem with the cars light or something like that and i was given the Courtesy car for about a week and was called to come collect my car as it was ready for collection .I tell you I didn't even use my car for 3 day until it broke down on me and now I've returned it to your branch and still I have not gotten it back and their keep on giving me Courtesy car and I cant even drive those courtesy cars because they are manual and my car is a auto . I've been dealing with your branch for almost 2 months now and I still don't have a car and month end the bank will be debiting my account while I've not even gotten a service from you .

I'm super disappointed at Hey Carter Melrose and wouldn't recommend any one to buy cars from your branch .
