Service Excellence

I am 56 years old and never owned a car in my life. 3 years ago I approached Renault Carter Melrose to see if I qualified to buy a car. The sales lady, Hope, helped me from day 1 to the day she put my car keys in my hand. She called to offer further assistance and see if all was going well. Since then I have only received excellent service from Melrose branch. Service center and receptionist are always available and willing to assist. I recommend them any time
