Poor workmanship and quality and lack of aftercare

I have a 2021 Renault Triber on finance and I am having very little joy from my investment.Poor workmanship has resulted in numerous complaints and very little assistance from the dealership.

To date the rubber seals at the doors have failed resulting in the carpets seperating from the seals.

There is no rear winder wiper.

The exhaust simply fell off.

The brake light started flashing and when we went back to the dealership we had to jump through hoops for assessment.This is a family vehicle with no there option for travel.The family safety is a concern with no clear idea of safety suitability.The dealership initially told us is was a factory fault and this covered by warranty.

After numerous requests for feedback we were then informed that is was now the clutch master cylinder.Initially we were told that the brake fuel was "leaking" due to a "faulty" clutch master cylinder.

Now we have been told that the gear box must be stripled and if "anything"is found we will be liable for costs.

This is a vehicle that is serviced regularly and no indication was made of "wear and tear" as is the opinion being forced currently.How does a two year old "quality" vehicle suddenly starting having failure of internal parts!

What is meant by "anything" with a tone of threat.If simply using a car means that it fails in two years then that to me means poor quality product and workmanship!moreover we were told 5o drive the vehicle home and only because my husband returned in person is the vehicle at the dealership now.This "assessment "will only be done on Tuesday next week! 31/10/23.

My fear is that with the level of denialism,hostility and lack of transparency,that the report will be deliberately misinterpreted to show lack of liability to Renault.

I have many friends in my circle who have the same poor experiences with apparently new cars.

I regret the purchase of the vehicle .Even though my previously vehicle was a Renault Clio and second hand,it was a fantastic vehicle.I believe that this shows the decline in quality!
