Poor service

I bought a brand new renault clio through Noel Ma***ate who assisted me very well with the car sale. 8 months down the line it started giving me problems which was 4 months earlier than its first service. I have been to the renault dealership in tokai and the service has been bad.. I went there three times now of which I now do not have car to go to work.. It has been almost a week and they are giving me a run around to get a rental car. I tried getting hold of Noel because I am very disappointed with the quality of the car. I managed to get hold of him once, thereafter the phone just rings. Nobody responds to my emails and even attempting to call head office is a dead end. I honestly do not know what to do at this point
