Not a happy Customer. I was misled

I had a terrible experience with Carter in Melrose. Gugu Mhambi is unprofessional and has misled me. I am very furious as she is ignoring my emails. I requested our call recordings and their complaints resolution, she is not replying to my emails to provide with that information.

My experience with her was terrible from the word go, I would not recommend anyone to get Carter dealership to assist them especially Melrose Arch. I will be taking the matter to the Ombud
