Good morning I have recently purchased a vehicle from Carter renault I was firstly told that the banks do not pay the deposit money anymore I have to do so I was giving a chose to choose between a brand new renalt kwid with would be R35000 deposit upfront or the pre-owned which was 10000 ohk knowing I need the car ASAP I said ohk IL go with the pre-owned I can make 10k in 2weeks which I did I told then I will make the last deposit on the on the 28th of April and that's wen I will come and collect the vehicle ohk I was there made payment everything went well now to collect the car first red flag the car wasn't ready it had some scratches on it so Hery had to sent the car back to the factory to get seen to for the time being I was givin a Renault triber to use for the weekend they said they would give me my car the Monday ohk I waited the Monday came to call so I called them asking what's happening with the car I was told to hang in there they would gv me the next day I said ohk so Tuesday came I waited still nothing so I decided to call again I was then told no the car is now ready so I said ohk no problem I will come pic it up now I then went along with a friend to fetch the car get there everything looks fine no stories ohk gv them the other car the did inspection gv me my car then I was good to go the very next day the car sounded like a tractor the doors where sounding bad when I opened them the car was sounding bad itself took the car back they then told me the exhaust needed to be changed they ordered a part ohk I waited while waiting the cars aircon stops working so I called them and told them Hai guys no this is not on now I then realised this car was in an small accident or crash which they refused to admit and they making me seem like I'm talking lies then we go sort the exhaust out they say I mst book again to come in for the aircon I said ohk please do have in mind wen I bought this car I told them it's for Uber use so j dnt want or need a problem car nevertheless while waiting for the aircon to be fixed the bright light fused we replaced it 3times and it kept burning out so I told them I then went to leave the car they had it the hole day I phone them to ask what happened they say I mst come for the car ohk they get a Uber for me I get there nothing is done on the car mst wait and then come back ohk I go home with the car that's another day money being lost for me car off the road ohk moving forward they gv me another date I get there and the 1 guy is in Johannesburg the other guy isn't available they gv me another date this time they told me they going to have the car hole day hike day turned in to hole night till the next day was last week Friday more money lost for me ever since I have being having problem with this car I asked them to either drop my installments or change the car they say they can't drop instalments because the contract was signed already ohk then change the car they now want to be doing this check and that check to see if I qualify for what because I qualified already that's how I got this car why mst they doo all this again it's now being 4weeks I'm beginning them for a next char and still no change ohk let's get back to the Friday I got pick up the car come home and I leav it at home I go out with my other car that car was off the road for the hole weekend so the Sunday I take it for a car was then I see the right side back light is cracked I phoned then Monday I was told they didn't do that the car came like that how I have no idea because I always check my car's every morning and there was nothing Rong with the car on Thursday wen I left it anyway the boot cable then snaps I had to go sort that out as well then I was phoned by 1 of the lady's asking me about the car being serviced in March wen I only got the car now in April I also saw that my tripB was higher that my millage Ang wen I asked them what's going on they all didn't no what to say then the car needed a service nevertheless IV being told they going to get back to me everytime I get to speak k to someone and till this day no change has being made I'm still moving with this piece of junk I could have went to buy this at a s**** yard not a dealership funny thing is we already have a car bought from them already an this is how I get treated I just want a new car they need to sort that out I dnt want to be fixing the car every week because now also the key isn't working I have to go Trew the boot to open the car door they dnt have to be doing and checks be ause I qualified already they need to change the car because this installments that I'm paying is that's of a brand new kwid yet this is a pre-owned 1 they trying to rob me big time they mst change the car ASAP they also didn't tal me when the COR was going to expire I only found out a day bfor it was about to expire I mst now go thru all the registration again an do COR again because I need to get a double disc for my Uber to run already it's time for me to pay installments what am I paying for this is ****........
