****mer

To whom it may concern

I have bought a car at carter dealership JHB and while we were doing the application process I advised I won’t be able to drive the car and it they can deliver not aware that delivering means driving it down and that adding more on my KM

Not an issue however when the car got here I pick up a lot of things that were wrong with the car that include KM the advise me it will be 38 000 km and it was delivered on 75 0000km . Car service history was not on time by the dealer . Engine is vabratinf double the number that was given over the phone screen shots added

I sent an email to the dealer manager reach out agreed to take the car but they told me they not giving me my deposit back and that deposit was not for transport but to lower my installment I’ll attach a screenshot shot from branch manager . I don’t think it is my problem that they never advise me or **** to me about the condition of the car and now it is my problem and that I had to suffer financially just because they didn’t tell me about the car condition. I did tell them that I was a first time buyer and I didn’t know much but I know my rights as a customer . Car has issues now how much more when I keep the car in this condition . I want them to take their car and send my money back . Car was delivered with empty Petrol which I put in on the day of delivery.

On the first day of delivery Friday they advised it had a wheel puncher and they will drive it back to JHB meaning the puncher was never fix and that tyre is older that the other ones

All I want is my R5000 back and mean no qualifying was never share they used terms like assisting while doing the process .

Please assist intervene
