im really dis pointed

I am not okay at all am even shaking i really ..., firstly when i called i explained to the consultant that my health i told her about my reasons for wanting automatic car (fractured on my left leg and at times it hurts) well i assumed after explaining this i'm getting auto, only when i'm driving the car is rolling on a steen, imagine me knowing the auto i was surprised of what is happening, then i called, i was told is AMT with their explanation On monday on my way from work on a steep there was terrible smell and the car showed "gearbox heating' i could not turn anywhere had to pray till i get to garage, where they said the furn is not working and the car is overheating, which i called it was taken in

i feel i was supposed to be told what amt means so i can make a proper decision the car was taken to the workshop..where to date im waiting for Trudie who said sh waiting for workshop manager to tell her what is wrong with the car, i have the car in my position

this lady is so rude, she speaks over me doesnt give me a chance to explain my concern, she basically told me i can't take a car and decide i no longer wants it without hearing where i'm coming from , when i told her to stop shouting and being rude cause its my airtime, she then said she will call back "i guess so she can be more rude" she will not take the car is now pre owned etc..she cant even apologize to say i hear you sorry let me do 123..no, she gave me a pathetic service, she must never call me nor say anything to me i am still waiting fr the report of what was done to the ca yesterday, i guess she waiting for workshop manager as well
