I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Letlhigonolo who works at Carter in Melrose As a first time buyer I didn't expect such poor and disgusting service

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Letlhigonolo who works at Carter in Melrose As a first time buyer I didn't expect such poor and disgusting service. I purchased my new Renault and took delivery if the vehicle on the 3rd June 2024. My car was delivered with no mats and was told Id get theses on the 7the or 8. I have not received my mats and everytime I call Letlhogonolo and his manager he says he will call me back and never does. At this point I am ready to take the car back back because I cant believe I am already getting such bad service. Today is the 26th August and still no mats or my money!
