False advertising about cash back deal

I've bought a new Renault kiger from hey carter in Melrose on the 15th of February, I was promised a R10000 cash back from my deal which was said to be reflecting on my account within 3 days. Till this day I've received nothing, when I try to talk to the dealership I'm being sent from Piller to post and the team leader refuses to take my calls
