Disappointed

I visited the dealership on Thursday and was assured that the inspection would be completed the same day. However, I received no updates, and when I called today at 2 pm, the inspection still wasn't done. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt, I contacted another service provider who promptly conducted the inspection. I feel let down, especially since I was referred by an employee from Rosebank Carter dealership. Due to this experience, I've lost trust and will be trading in my car with a different service provider for the Suzuki Etiga GL Auto, seeking a more reliable and respectful dealer. I plan to share my feedback on Hello Peter as well.
