Defective car/multiple defects car

i had a terrible experience with this dealer, i had initial purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealer (Melrose), for mobility purposes without undermining my goals & passion, it was up until after the purchase of the vehicle when i noticed that it had a lot of errors on it, & the dealer was in denial of all the facts up until, i threatened to return the car they come on board, 6 months on 2 days after purchase i experienced a collapse in a clutch & mind you i had requested for an authorised mechanical report, & it still hasn't been issued, i ended spending R24000 for the repairs. I so wish car dealers can be transparent, you never know how much pain you causing to the society instead of being part of the solution
