They **** that they replaced the sump of my car, I dont know what they did to the part that they claim that they put in my car. I took the car back to them 4 times, buy they failed to diagnose my car properly.

How can they not pick up that the leak was coming from the sump that they claim that they fixed while they didn't. My car was leaking for 7 months. Luckily I still had pictures that were taken in 2022 of the sump, that how I was able to pick that it was never changed. I complained to the principle that I kep bringing the car back but it is still leaking, he didn't bother to get back to me to find out if my issue was resolved. After that the parts manager, said I pumped the sump the week before, after the car claim back from the dealership for the 3rd time. I knew he was lying. I didn't my own investigation and bought a new sump and replaced it somewhere else. I discovered that yes it was the old sump.

Escalated the matter to the dealership principal he was very rude, told him I had evidence and he rudely said I should send it to him. After I send it to him, he never bothered to respond.

The parts manager is a ****, he was confident with his lies that they replaced the sump while they didn't.

Ladies becareful should you decide to take your car there because they are targeting us, as you know we are not usually fami**** with cars.

I was servicing my car with them all along, I wonder if they were even servicing it properly and replacing the parts since they are ********* and very unprofessional.

We take our cars for service and maintenance at the dealership because we trust them but they are letting us down. Even the mechanics by the corners do a better job than them.

If you have no option but to take your car there, wait for your car and observe while they are working on it. Or put a mark on all your parts and inspect after to confirm that they charged the parts ngoba wow, they are not reliable.
