Bad Service and Problems with Brand new Car

I bought my new Renault Kiger on the 2nd of July 2022 this year.. its been just a bit more than two months since having it. I reported that i already have issues and faults on this brand new car. im not getting any feedback from the people at Hey Carter ( Siyabonga ). This is very concerning for a brand new car to have these troubles and they not assisting me.
