Car not fixed

Took in my car for an engine knock fix, R8000, 1 month and two weeks later...my car was worse than when i took it there. They lost my keys and replaced them without the remore accessibility, they broke my rear window and did not even remove the glass shards in the car. There was cat fur all over the car and mind due, my wife is allergic to cats. Worst of all according to my inspection of the engine bay, the engine was never opened(i dont know how you would fix the internals of an engine without opening it).I will never use their service as long as i live.
