there is no personal interaction , they are just estate agents who want their money,on presentation <br> of the keys even no special thought given into the fact that you are first time buyers, chalk and cheese compared to the experience my friend had with another agency <br> now that was brilliant service , the agent handed the keys over congratulated the couple had champagne ready , <br> Alida , NOTHING at all just a here you go and BYE, they could not leave fast enough, so cold NO CONCERN OR PASSION FOR HER CLIENT, i would recommend if you want a happy and pleasant , warm and caring experience do not go with these people, <br> all they wanted was their commission oh and if there are any problems when you move in BEST BELIEVE THEY WONT HELP , THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY SO THEY DONT CARE WHAT HAPPENS THEY JUST SHIFT THE BLAME!!<br> WORST AGENCY I HAVE EVER DEALT , AND THE SELLERS ATTORNEYS TOO<br> Esme Smith Attorneys<br> THIS COMBINATION , DONT DO IT
