DVD PLAYER FOR VW

I had purchased a DVD player in feb 2014. Worked 6 days. motherboard burnt. sent it back to him. then he refused to repair under warranty. he used lame excuse that because of the way i fitted it, it burnt the motherboard. Bearing in mind that I used a professional fitment centre. <br> <br> He said I must pay for the repair. Eventually after months, I paid for the repair as I wanted back my DVD player. He does not respond to emails or calls. He took forever to send the unit for repair to his workshop. to make matters worse, he then mentioned that something else is now wrong.(screen loosing pixels) Too many excuses I heard from him.<br> <br> Eventually I went directly to his address. He was shocked to see me. I asked what is the reason for the delay and he said that they ordered the incorrect screen. Eventually he had agreed and on a handshake agreement, he said he will send me a brand new unit on the 9 December 2014. Too date I am still waiting. No response to any of my calls, left voice messages, emails, sms's, watsapp messages. <br> <br> I am left helpless. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU DEALING WITH THIS PERSON. HE IS A MAN FULL OF TOO MANY BROKEN PROMISES AND NO RESPONSES.
