I here by lodging my unpleasant experience and ************** process that is happening at carstonoff private hospital. That hospital batho Pele principle and customer service is a lacking and is a disaster of note.sence of urgency and does not exist and they understand out going patient because of their colour of skin.hospital manager or administrator is unknown and you will take forever to be connected with them.on the 04..04.2021 I was there for a referral from Gp.i meet this arrogant and ungrateful physician by the name of Dr Rakomakoe.this doctor referred me to the millions of test that are even useless and at the end medical aid requested the motivational letter so that they can settle the bill.i never knew anything until I receive a call from hospital telling me that owe .I then contacted my medical aid to find out why they didn't execute the payment as the service was rendered by hospital even though it was useless. They informed me that I must get busy with the treating doctor to write me motivational letter and they will process the payment to the hospital. I then contacted Dr Rakomakoe in the hospital to inform them about the given situation and the receptionist lady was very much rude to the core and fail to assist me.i then contacted Dr Rakomakoe through emails on the numerous occasions without any response from him.the hospital ended up handing my bill to their attorneys for non payment.i tried keep on calling this surgery and so frustrated and upset. This lady in the doctor Rakomakoe surgery keeps on dropping the phone right on my ear or tell me that doctor is leave for 2 months. I ended up going to hospital physically just to get this motivation letter but I was removed like a ***** or ****. Even today I hate this hospital carstonoff with all of my heart and I won't recommend anyone to go there because you will be told that you owe the hospital at the end and help from those guys will never ever happen. Am calling to anyone that can assist to reach me out from that hospital.am very much unhappy with the hospital at large and frustrated.my name is Voltacia mampheko
