Lousy business

We bought a car at cars@ridgeway which was accident damaged and we were never informed till we started experiencing problems. They promised to fix what was wrong they ended up having the car for almost 2 month when we collected nothing was done on the car and we cancelled the deal. This was July to date they haven't paid the bank and is giving our lawyers the run around aswell as the ppl from the bank by paying over they money. In short we paying for something which we dnt have for months and everytime Rajun Pillay tells the bank he doesn't have funds to pay them back. If they never had funds how are they still operating????? My lawyers request feedback they just ignore them the bank phones they say they busy call back. It's just a constant run around and we paying alot of money a month for something which we don't have anymore. Rajun and Daniel is pathetic business men ppl should never buy cars from them again and how they still operating they alone will know. When we bought the car it was under false advertising aswell as on the ad it said the car is a 2010 model and 120000 km's when we got the papers of the car it was a 2002 model and 350000kms on the clock
