Defected vehicle sold to me

I have had a terrible experience dealing with Cars 4 Africa, been forced to send legal letters, and now forced to sue them for damages due to a faulty vehicle being delivered to me with multiple confirmed defects by Mitsubishi which they still refuse to repair since Nov 2018. Despite me cancelling the deal within the CPA 30 days, they are blatantly ignoring me, my attorney and the Miosa report to repair ALL defects or refund Wesbank in full. I have never been treated with such disrespect and suspect they knew all along there were major problems with the vehicle I purchased.
