Hi, I engaged with Mini last week Monday who came out to my place to view the 320i BMW. I was greeted by Mini qnd he introduced himself to me in a very professional manner. He had extensive knowledge about cars and the industry. I must say that this was my best car selling experience ever. Mini was very informative and explained the whole process to me in detailed, he was very patient and did seem like he was in a rush. It was a total pleasure dealing with Mini. Regards, Ron
