Completely Unprofessional

I sold them my car and handed over all paperwork. A week later when I wanted to buy a new car, I was informed by the dealership that my old car was still in my name and that the license disc had expired so they could not register the new vehicle in my name. My old vehicle was supposed to be removed from my name and dealer stocked by Cash2Cars in order to negate the license fees as the disc had only expired that week. By the second week, this had still not been done which forced the new dealership to pay the outstanding fees on my old vehicle in able to register the new vehicle. Upon contacting Cash2Cars ,I was told that they would not reimburse the license fees but will get back to me on a compromise. Since then I have had no call from them and they do not answer their phones or WhatsApp when I contact them. This company is highly unprofessional and their customer service is non-existent. They had more than enough time to transfer my old vehicle from my name but took weeks to do it. Once they have your vehicle they don't care about following the correct procedures according to the law. I was willing to compromise and pay half the fees at least but they just ignore me. It was their responsibility to transfer the vehicle from my name before the outstanding fees were due. They knew the disc was about to expire when they bought the vehicle from me. I would definitely not recommend doing business with these people ever!
