Complaint vehicle registration papers not presented.

My husband bought a vehicle on 20 December 2020. We were promised that the paperwork will be send to us by postnet. Glen and Alan who worked there has since resigned. We still have mot received any documents. We cannot put the vehicle through the test or register it in our name. The new employees sent our queries to Durban. They dont want to give any detail of the people who have the Natis documents. I cannot find any email adress on their webside.
